I love to create top quality items for you the customer to enjoy for a very long time. I use an array of materials for all products to create a unique one of a kind piece whether it be art, clothing, jewelry or whatever new product I introduce to my Etsy shop!

Accepted payment methods

  • Money Order

I accept PayPal as my primary method of payment or credit cards through Etsy's processing. Orders paid through Etsy will show on your credit card bill as ETSY Brooklyn, NY

You will see that I charge sales tax for purchases that are being shipped in California. The tax man and I are on good terms and I don't want to do anything to change that ;-)

*****Please be sure that your billing address and shipping address are correct, orders will unfortunately be delayed if not. I will confirm the address before shipping*****
Shipping Methods
* I ship worldwide using USPS and UPS, depending on which method is more economical for the product being shipped.
* UPS uses a tracking number and I will send it to you via email.
* I use USPS First Class Shipping with delivery confirmation.
* Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days when payment is cleared unless further conversation states otherwise.
* With regards to international mail please be aware that delivery ranges from 1-4 weeks.
* If you order an item that is larger than the listed size please be aware that shipping costs will slightly increase. I will inform you of the cost before it will be shipped.

Lost, Stolen, and Undelivered Shipments
*USPS and UPS failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. If your shipment is sent without insurance:
* Rubyspam is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer.
* We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.
* If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering.

Address Changes
* Please be sure to have the correct address listed for shipping on your Etsy account, Paypal account and billing information. I cannot issue a refund if your address listed is incorrect and it goes to the wrong address.
* Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

International Orders
* International orders are an average 5-15 business days for delivery, unless specified by USPS or UPS. I will notify you with the expected time frame given by the delivery service.
* Rubyspam is not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages.
* International package IDs are not tracking numbers, but parcel numbers to confirm your shipment.
* If you want a tracking ID it will need to ship UPS and me this request before you purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
1. If the item gets damaged within transit I will do my best to help you fill out all the necessary insurance information within USPS and UPS. Insurance while shipping is strongly recommended.

2. I use the best shipping methods possible but when it leaves my possession I cannot control how long it will take to be delivered. There are no refunds for shipping taking longer than you expect.

3. Please be sure to have the correct address listed for shipping on your Etsy account, Paypal account and billing information. I cannot issue a refund if your address listed is incorrect and it goes to the wrong address.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that I ship my items as soon as possible. Once an order is placed it will ship. If you want to cancel an item before it has been shipped, no problem. But if it has already been shipped cancelation requests will not be processed. Please double check before you order!
