Poor craftsmanship, the two necklaces I ordered arrived damaged and one of them broke only days after arriving when I tried to adjust it. The shop owner took zero accountability and made a debate out of my concerns. Ultimately I was ripped off and hassled. Do not purchase from this shop. I hate to leave this kind of review, but I don't want this happening to anyone else.

When I was notified of the damage, I asked for photos and a return so I could either replace or refund. The customer refused, sent a photo of one necklace, couldn't take the second, and insisted he needed to be "financially compensated" while he kept both necklaces or else he would leave a bad review. When I refused to refund without my items returned, he sliced the necklace in half before sending it back to me and said he forgot to notify me that the necklace ripped during the return process when contacted about the broken necklace. A refund was issued to the buyer within 24 hours of his response to my final question to him as to why the necklace was broken and not like he had messaged me about prior. I strive for great customer service and will always listen and work with my customers within reasonable terms.

• All orders will be canceled if payments are not received within 24 hours of placing
