I take great pride in my work. If you are ever less than 100% content with your purchase, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item and I will work towards rectifying the problem* (alteration or replacement).

*This does not include problems associated with regular wear and tear with everyday use.

**IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING**
-Please be sure your Etsy address is correct. This is where I ship to.

-Shipping fees pay for many things: postage, delivery confirmation, shipping materials, time to and at the Post Office, etc.

-Payment must be made within 3 days or your sale will be canceled.

Payment
I accept PayPal to ensure secure money transfers. If there is no possible way for you to open a PayPal account please contact me. I would like to try and work something out. Once your payment has cleared I will ship your item within 1-3 business days.

If you need to cancel a purchase please Convo me immediately. I will do my best to work with you. It is important you are happy. However, once an item ships it is NOT refundable.

Custom orders:
Because custom orders require unique supplies that I don't always have in stock, advance payment is required. Once I create a custom listing for you that is a custom-order price-appropriate, please check-out at your convenience. Once payment has been received I will begin working on it. Thank you for your understanding!
Shipping
Items are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment (not including weekends). I normally ship in the morning.

If you are interested in Priority Mail with the USPS, please contact me beforehand so I can adjust the shipping costs.

Once item(s) has been shipped, I can not assume responsibility for any items that have been lost or mishandled by the postal carrier. If you would like insurance on your item, please Convo me BEFORE you make your purchase and I will include that in your transaction. Shipping insurance is $2.

Purchaser responsible to pay any duty/customs if applicable.
Refunds and Exchanges

As mentioned above, I need immediate notification if an order needs to be canceled. Once the item has been shipped it can't be refunded. It is important this is understood in advance.

If you DO NOT purchase insurance I am NOT responsible for any loss you encounter. Damaged items, however, do not pertain to this.

My goal is to make you happy and confident in your purchase by making quality items. If it is not what you expected, please e-mail me and return the un-used item within 10 days. Upon receipt, I will issue a full refund, less shipping charges.
