Will you reserve an item for me?
We will reserve/hold an item up to one week.
What happens if the package was shipped out but returned to sender?
If a package is returned to us because it has been unclaimed or the address provided is incorrect, we will message you with two options:
• We can re-ship the item for an additional shipping fee
• We can refund the purchase (minus the original shipping fees)
Do you accept cancellations?
Yes, as long as the item has not shipped yet I can cancel your order.
