How do I use the inhalers and rollers?
I send an information card with your order on how to best use the inhaler and roller. The roller is a nice complement to the inhaler as the oils will penetrate a bit slower via the skin than the quicker absorption through the respiratory system.
Do the essential oils really work?
The oils work with your body to help bring it back into balance over time. It is important to be living a balanced life also with eating well, getting enough sleep, and exercise. For example, the Be Trim set can help reduce the appetite due to beneficial acids, antioxidants, and enzymes in the oils that can help reduce cravings restoring balance to the body with better digestion and assimilation of nutrients. I’ve had positive reviews from other people who’ve used the oils and I use them myself on a daily basis, usually an aroma oil and in lotion, and plan on using them for the rest of my life. It is wonderful to have fragrances that are natural, smell wonderful, and are helpful to the body at the same time.
