Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of placing your order.

Can I return or may exchanges on my order?

Due to the personal nature of the items that I create I do not accept refunds or exchanges. If there is any problems with your order please contact me.

How are your orders shipped?

All orders are shipped by USPS. I assume no responsibility for delayed or lost packages as shipping is a service out of my control. If you are experiencing a sever delay or suspect your package may be lost, kindly contact me to discuss the issue and we will work together to come up with a reasonable solution.

Custom and personalized orders

Orders will not be shipped out on Sunday and postal holidays. Orders will be shipped on business days only (Mon-Fri before 5pm ET)

All USPS priority shipping comes with insurance. USPS first class does not. If you would like insurance for your order please choose priority shipping.

Why is my order taking longer than usual to get here?

USPS gives me an estimated time when it will arrive to you but please keep in mind that we are in the middle of a pandemic and the post office is experiencing delays.

It's been a really long time since tracking hasn't updated, I'm concerned package might be lost. What should I do?

Unfortunately, shipping is out of my control. Since the beginning of COVID-19, delivery times are unpredictable. I would suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to see if they can provide any additional information. Otherwise, I have been advised by Etsy to encourage my customers to please wait longer to see if the package arrives. If it shows "in-transit" there is nothing I can do until it either arrives or is verified as lost.

My package shows delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

You should contact your local post office with your tracking number and see if they can provide you with additional information about there the package my have been left. Also try looking in your mailbox, around your porch/home or at a neighbors house.
