From the beginning...

My crocheting has come a loooong way from the beginning, from some interesting designs to a little more eye appealing these days!.

I have teamed up with the amazing Miranda Murdoch Photography whom brings my creations to life. There is something about a hat on a beautiful baby that makes your heart sing: ) Thank you Miranda!

I am a SAHM. I began crocheting at the age of seven, and was taught by my Gramma. It sure did help pass the time on the grain trucks in 100 degree heat with no AC;)

After having my son in 2010 I decided I wanted to create again (And not just blankets for my Barbies anymore:)) and having an adorable baby to wear my hats helped grow my business.

I live in Montana and would not trade it for the world. The slow pace and family living is where I belong.

Returns and exchanges
Lots of love goes into each handmade item. I try my very best to make sure each item is as close to perfect as possible but I’m not a fancy machine and ‘added character’ sometimes happens. Really truly, each piece is one of a kind made with you in mind.

Please be aware that monitor colors vary greatly- colors may appear different in person. If you have any questions or concerns let’s chat! :)

Non-personalized items may be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of purchase, and only if still in original condition and packaging. Buyer assumes all shipping charges.

Due to their customized nature, personalized items can not be refunded or exchanged. If there is a mistake on my end I will replace the item free of charge.
Pay Pal Orders:
If your payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase I will try to contact you. Your order may be canceled if payment is not received or special arrangements have not been made.

Please remember that purchases paid to Paypal by check can take days to clear and your order will not be shipped until then.
All United States orders are sent USPS First Class Mail. All international orders are sent First Class International.

All orders will ship to your Etsy address.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure Etsy has the accurate address. If you would like your purchase to go to a different address please specify the third party address in the “message to seller” box when ordering.

Please make sure Etsy has your current address. I’d hate for your new finds to be delayed in any way.

Rumour Has It... ships USPS only. Please allow 2-7 business days for domestic shipping and 6-10 days for international shipping.

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit: Once I place the item in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS or International Post.

We are not able to guarantee the arrival date of any order. USPS is not able to provide tracking numbers or track posts.

All orders all packed with special care, lots of attention is given to make sure your item arrives in perfect condition. But, I strongly suggest that you insure your new treasure, not because of damage to the item(s), but because of lost or missing shipments. I cannot be responsible for any damages or lost items caused by USPS.

If you would like to add insurance and or delivery confirmation, please let me know and I will adjust the rates accordingly.

International Buyers
Love you all and happy to send things your way. Please be aware though, all custom fees and any duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all unexpected customs charges. Customs charges are not included in your shipping cost.
