Please be sure to read our policies carefully and completely to insure a happy delivery.
We care about the package you receive in the mail and the "little" details.

Shoppers are advised that international transactions may incur import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These costs may be payable to the carrier either before or at the point of delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.
If these additional costs are critical to the decision to purchase, shoppers are advised to visit their own country's online government resources for further information on this topic.
DELIVERY: Shipping within the USA can take around 3-5 business days
Shipping outside the USA can take anywhere from 9-12 weeks for packages to be delivered.
PROCESSING TIMES? 1-3 business days unless custom or wedding
INSURANCE ON PACKAGES? Insurance is offered upon request. Please message before purchasing to see if Item is eligible.
RETURN POLICY? We accept returns within 1 week of delivery for a refund for the total cost of the product minus the shipping. OR item can be exchanged for something currently available in the shop that is of equal or lesser value. EXCHANGES REQUIRE ITEMS TO BE RETURNED. We do not reimburse returned shipping costs. ITEMS SHIPPED BACK MUST BE IN SAME CONDITION AS SENT AND MUST INCLUDE A TRACKING NUMBER. ** ITEMS SENT INTERNATIONAL ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
LOST ITEM IN MAIL? Every item that is sent includes a tracking number so that we can determine whether your item was delivered or not. Lost packages are dealt case by case. Please contact me asap through etsy message if you haven't received your package.
DAMAGED ITEM IN MAIL? Every package is packed with the up most care so that your item is safe however on a rare occasion the post office might destroy the package. In this case a picture of your damaged package and item is required asap in order for me to assess the situation and solve the issue. Please send photos through etsy.
MAIL PROVIDER? I use USPS to ship all packages.
SHIPPING METHODS? All small packages including jewelry and some terrariums are sent via FLAT RATE which takes 2-3 business days.
Larger items including some terrariums, housewares, and large orders are sent via PRIORITY SHIPPING which takes 2-3 business days to arrive.
EXPRESS SHIPPING? I only offer express shipping upon request. Express shipping must be purchased separately through another listing I create for you. Shipping Express on a small package like a pair of earrings in the USA is around $30 and goes even higher.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? I love to ship overseas and do it often. Shipping costs have increased. I keep shipping costs on international orders as accurate as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
PLACING YOUR ORDER: Once you place an order you have 8 hours to request a full refund (minus fees) before it is shipped. Once it is shipped refunds are no longer accepted unless the item is returned as it was delivered. You have one week from the purchase date to return your item to receive a full refund (minus shipping costs)
CONTACT: Please contact me through etsy if there is any problem with your item before leaving feedback. My email stays full so contacting me in a message on etsy is the fastest, most secure way to get a hold of me.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: It is important for you to understand that I can not confirm delivery on your package unless you purchase Express shipping (which is very expensive). I love to ship international and do it often but unfortunately I can not offer a refund on any items. If there is a serious problem please contact asap and I will do my best to figure out any option I have... it all depends on the item. Please do keep this in mind and be sure to check your address! ALLOW 9-12 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY
US BUYERS: I now get confirmation on every delivery so I will know if your package arrives. If your package arrives damaged you must send me a picture of the damaged item asap... accepted within 2 weeks of purchase. If your item is handmade I do replace handmade items that are damaged or offer a refund for items under $40.
VINTAGE ITEMS: Please keep in mind that I can not replace these items. I will do what I can to handle any situation that occurs with these items so please message me with details.
I WANT TO MAKE EVERY CUSTOMER HAPPY! JUST PLEASE REALIZE THAT I CURRENTLY DO THIS FOR A LIVING AND WHEN I RECEIVE YOUR MONEY I AM SPENDING IT ON MY BILLS AND MORE SUPPLIES. IF A REFUND IS NEEDED YOU MAY HAVE TO GIVE ME A LITTLE TIME TO DO SO BUT I WILL ALWAYS INFORM YOU OF THE SITUATION.

We accept custom orders of any kind. We are also interested in wholesale. Message for further details.
All custom orders now require a deposit of 20% or more depending on the order. This covers partial cost of materials and also will not be refunded. This locks in your order so I know you are a serious buyer.
This deposit will go toward your purchase and is not an extra fee.
