My shop will remained closed indefinitely as I need more time to care for my Mom. I hope you will keep us in your prayers.

RuralRetreatVintage's Shop Policies


I will always do my very best to provide great customer service. My items will be securely packed in new bubble wrap and padded mailers or boxes. My home is smoke free, but I do have one cat who lives in the house with us.

I believe in treating people the way I like to be treated. I will be happy to answer any questions and you can contact me through convos anytime.


I only accept PayPal method of payment and payment must be made within 3 days of purchase date. If I do not receive payment or hear from a buyer within that time, the sale will be cancelled and items relisted.


I ship by USPS First Class mail unless customer wishes to upgrade to Priority shipping. I strive to keep my shipping costs low as possible. My items are always securely packaged in bubble wrap and padded envelopes OR small boxes to prevent damage.

If I have overcharged on shipping, I will gladly refund the excess if over $1.00. Refund will be posted to buyer's PayPal account after I have printed the shipping label.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send me a convo and I will be glad to offer discuss a refund or exchange. The item must be returned to me in the same condition as it was when I shipped it. Buyer must pay for return postage if sending an item back to me.
