My order is stuck in transit - what are the next steps?
While most orders make it to their destination in the estimated time frame, packages occasionally get stuck in transit.
I follow tracking for all orders, but am happy to look further into the issue if you contact me via Etsy message.
I will automatically contact USPS and/or submit a search request on your behalf if I see your tracking hasn’t updated in 2 weeks/10 business days. I can submit a ticket earlier upon request, but no sooner than 1 week (7 full days) after shipment and no earlier than 72 hours after the last tracking update.
Packages will be considered lost and orders refunded only after 30 days of no tracking updates. Packages that are delayed but do arrive are eligible for refund upon return in original condition.
