Item poorly packed. Broken in pieces. Should have read the disclaimer that the vendor does not insure and asked for insurance. Would not purchase again from the vendor.

I strongly disagree and I feel this was a scam to get a refund. I pack everything expertly as my previous reviews will indicate. This person was just trying to get this item without paying for it. I asked her for photos of the broken piece and told her I would review and consider a refund, she never sent any photos or responded to my further correspondence. Scam artist.

How it all began...

My family and I lived in Franklin, TN where I had booths in antiques shops. A few years ago we moved to a small town in Indiana. There were no antiques stores close to rent booth space but I desperately missed selling antiques. So, I decided to sell from my home. I had heard of Etsy but was intimidated by selling online. I decided to give it a shot and within 10 minutes of listing my first item, I had my first sale. I was hooked!

Photographing items to list has been a huge challenge for me. I try to capture that beautiful, "artsy" look Etsy is so popular for, but my main goal is to give buyers an accurate image. I think for many (like myself) we like to touch things and hold them in our hands to make that connection before we commit to buying. So, that is what I hope my photos provide: the next best thing to holding an object and feeling it for yourself.

I thoroughly love what I do, but even more I love to make connections with customers and fellow Etsians. It adds an all new element to selling here. People who shop & sell on Etsy are such a pleasure and ALWAYS interesting! It makes being an Etsy seller all the more exciting!

I gladly accept credit cards, paypal, money orders, and etsy gift cards. If you are sending a money order your purchase will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. I will consider a layaway option on some items, so please just convo me if you are interested in this as a payment option.
All items are shipped USPS Monday through Saturday. I try to send priority mail when possible. I ship within 1-3 days of payment and I always try to ship "green", meaning I recycle any used shipping material that I can.

You will receive a convo from me letting you know your purchase is on it's way to you.

If you look at my reviews, you can be confident that your purchase will arrive safe & sound-and quickly!

My shipping and wrapping are practical, probably not beautiful-I assume you do not want to pay extra for pretty wrapping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the previously owned, vintage nature of the this shop, all items are sold as is and I will only consider returns on an individual basis if an item has been shown to be misrepresented. If a refund has been determined to be necessary, shipping costs will not be refunded and cost of return will be at the customers' expense.

Shipping insurance is not included in the shipping cost. If you would like to purchase insurance, please convo me before your purchase. Be assured I pack with the utmost care, but I cannot be responsible for an item damaged during transit.

If you have the time, feedback would be greatly appreciated. Etsy uses a 5-star system, and I strive for ALL 5 stars! This lets me know how I am doing and also lets other customers buy with confidence. Etsy sends an email to remind you to leave the seller feedback. Please understand, this is not from me.
