Hey Guys! Mike and I are so grateful that you took the time to check out our little company. We literally started in our garage 5 years ago! Mike could not find a ring that did not feel cold and heavy on his ring finger and had not been wearing one for 6 months. This did not go over well with me so he used his childhood hobby of woodworking and he created a wood ring for himself. Whenever he went out people would ask for him to create a one of a kind ring for them too! We took our love for natural materials, design and helping others and built Rustic and Main. Things just took off from there.
We are so lucky that we have been able to bring on our friends and family as this little idea has grown into a business. All of our rings are handcrafted right here in Huntersville, NC. From the time you place your order to the time your ring is in your hands is 6 weeks for standard orders, 4 weeks for priority upgrade, and about a week for instock rings. We have built an incredibly talented team with several veterans, moms transitioning back into work life, homeschooled kids and many pups that bring cheer to our work day. Team Rustic is big on the idea that there should be no middle man between our crafters and our customers. We strive to make sure the materials we use are sustainable or American made.. One of the coolest things we get to do is create one of a kind custom rings that you can personalize with our materials or your own. Can you do custom orders?
Yes! We do custom orders all of the time, just feel free to reach out and ask about your idea!
Are your rings custom fit?
Yes. We bevel the inside of our rings for a more comfortable fit. When getting professionally sized, be sure to get a comfort fit sizing.
Care instructions
All of our rings are coated in an epoxy known as CA (Cyanoacrylate), which makes our rings water and scratch resistant. However, over time, exposure to heat, chemicals, and long-term exposure to water may prematurely wear down the finish on the ring. While you can wear it in the shower or in the pool, we recommend taking them off. And while our rings are durable, we do recommend keeping them away from abrasives as well as harsh chemicals like acetone. In other words, treat your ring like a one-of-a-kind item, because it is.
Can the rings be resized?
In most cases we can resize a ring about 1/2 a size down, 9 to 8.5, or about a 1/4 size up, 8 to 9.25. If you have not used our custom ring sizers, then there can be a fee applied for getting a ring resized.
Refund/Exchange Policies Cont.
We are able to exchange a ring within the first 30 days of you receiving it at no cost to you*, provided you used one of our ring sizers to obtain the size of your ring. This can be done for various reasons, such as something as simple as needing a different size outside of our ability to resize the current ring. The exchange can be done for a ring of equal or lesser value. Any alterations that would cause the price of the ring to go up will be charged accordingly. The existing ring must be returned like new and unworn, which includes not using it for any pictures or special ceremonies. An exchange is only necessary when the existing ring cannot be resized.
Note: Priority options and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I have a custom engraving on my wood ring?
Unfortunately, since the rings are made of wood, we would have to burn an inscription into the ring and our hands are not steady enough for that 😉. So, we aren't offering engravings or inscriptions at this time.
What can I do if my ring breaks?
Contact us and send a few pictures and we can let you know if it is able to be repaired. If not, we may be able to work with you on a new ring at a discounted price.
