Our current processing time on orders is 2-3 weeks prior to being shipped. There are times when we are able to complete items sooner! If you need an item sooner than the expected processing & delivery date, please feel free to send us a message and we will try our very best to accommodate your needs, additionally there is a rush order listing in the shop, add that to your order for guaranteed priority.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, this includes tracking showing the item was delivered but you can not find it, packages delivered to the wrong address, or packages arriving later than expected, please file claims with USPS. We provide the item that you order from us to USPS and once it leaves our facility it is out of our hands. Thank you for understanding! :)
All sales are final - we will not refund due to inability to read the listing including, but not limited to, description/shipping.
