WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?
I ship all stickers USPS regular stamp mail. There will be a tracking number assigned to each order but that is ONLY for Etsy purposes to show shipping and delivered. IF for some reason your order shows "in transit" and/or "delivered" and you did not receive your item and it is considered lost AFTER a 14 day waiting period, we will review your claim of a lost package for a replacement with payment of tracking postage. We do not offer refunds on already shipped items. Please contact us within a 30 days as we will not process lost package claims past 30 days.
CAN I USE THEM ON MY CAR?
It is NOT recommended due to fading . Even though it is waterproof, outdoor elements are not great for our stickers BUT BEST used for water bottles, notebooks, laptops and other fun devices.
MY ORDERS SAYS DELIVERED AND I DON'T HAVE IT.
The tracking information is given by Etsy not the USPS because I send everything stamp mail unless you have purchased a different shipping method. The USPS may scan it delivered before actual delivery. Once marked delivered it may take up to 5 days but usually it’s next day .
USPS also may never scan your order at all and it may even get delivered without showing movement on the tracking given by Etsy.
Note : informed delivery does not always scan my envelopes.
SHIPPING SAYS "PRE TRANSIT", DID IT SHIP?
All orders are SHIPPED when the label is printed but tracking may only show “pre-transit” for an extended period of time and/or may not get scanned at all and get delivered while still saying "pre transit" . Stickers ship in standard envelopes . Once your package is mailed, the time it takes is out of my control. Reach out to me if there is an issue with your order and I will do my best to fix it!
