Rustic Sweethearts is a mother and daughter business, and we would love to be part of your special day! We have been on Etsy since 2010, hand crafting wedding flowers that can be kept and enjoyed for years to come. We combine our talents to work with couples and bring their floral desires to fruition!

🎕 Lead Time Information ~
Our current lead time can be found at the top of our main page in the Announcement.
When you place an order with us, we will add you to our schedule and get in touch with your ship date.
If you would like to know a ship date before placing an order, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to let you know what our current available ship date is.
If you need an order sooner than our lead time, please don't hesitate to ask! We sometimes earlier openings available.

🎕 About Our Materials ~
All of our designs are hand crafted from premium artificial and preserved natural materials. They are created to last and look the same for years after your wedding, making wonderful keepsakes and decor.
We hand alter and color every sola flower in our wedding florals, creating natural looking, soft flowers that match bridal colors. Sola is a natural, light weight, wooden material that is typically delicate and stiff, so we use a special conditioner on the petals to create a flexible, durable, and soft look and feel.
We use a selection of premium silk flowers for a natural, realistic look, and hand alter and dye those to match bridal colors as well.
The greenery and filler in our floral arrangements is a mix of preserved and realistic faux greenery. If you’re worried about allergies, we specify in each listing whether the arrangements include natural materials.

🎕 SHIPPING ~
We ship via USPS, and delivery typically takes 2 - 5 days after shipment. We will send you a notification with tracking information as soon as your ship date arrives and your flowers are packaged.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 automatically.
Unfortunately due to customs restrictions, we only ship within the United States.
