Welcome to my shop! All items are handmade by myself and are finsihed to a high quality.
All items are made from new fabric unless I specify recycled materials have been used.
New designs are constantly being added to the range

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Please if you have any problems with your order.
If unhappy with your purchase I will exchange or refund. If the item is faulty I will pay for the shipping costs otherwise if it is just because you have changed your mind the cost of shipping is paid by the customer.
Item has to be returned in the same condition as it was sold to you.
Payment
Etsy payments is the preferred method of payment. Or PayPal It is possible to pay via paypal even if you don't have a paypal account you can use a debit/credit card through paypal.
I will accept cheques from UK customers.
Shipping
I pride myself on my fast shipping times as I hate waiting for parcels myself! Check my feedback for reassurance I have loads of satisfied customers. Shipping is via Royal Mail and if outside the UK airmail. This should take about 3- 5 days.
Occasionally items get held up at Customs and can delay delivery by 3 weeks but please don't let this put you off as it is rare.

If buying in wholesale quantities I can offer a small discount, but please understand I am a one woman business so profits are tight.

3. INFORMATION SHARING & DISCLOSURE

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers : I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies, I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
