Hello Everyone!

You've come upon the official store for the Ryaven.com website. Either you've come here via Etsy or the website itself, but either way, Welcome!

Please browse around my "stuff" and see what you like. If you have any special requests or questions, you can contact me with the link provided on the page.

Have fun everyone!

Returns and exchanges
If an item is damaged or otherwise altered due to shipping errors and not by the receiving party upon opening the packaging, they may inform me of the matter through email or other contact. If the item is deemed refundable, a refund will be sent. If the item is repairable, I can either fix it myself (upon the receiving party sending it back) or relay instructions on care and repair.
Still figuring out a lot of this-

I am currently accepting PayPal and personal checks. Once I figure out the wonderful world of money orders, I'll most likely accept those too.

Concerning products already posted and fully created: I would like payment to be as soon as possible, since preparing and shipping items will be quicker than those I have been requested to make.

Requested items/custom items/etc.: Payment sent either in advance or upon completion would be most appreciated.
Shipping will commence within three days of payment or agreement of payment of pre-made items. It will also be within three days after the completion of requested items. If it will take longer, shorter or for any reason not within that time frame, I will send an email telling of the circumstances.

For all items sent out, I will send a confirmation email once it is sent to ship.
Additional policies and FAQs
Concerning licensed characters in any form:

I will make one (1) product that is the licensed character for general sale. If there are requests for more, I may be commissioned, but I will not put more of said licensed characters up for general sale.

I will be limiting commissions for licensed characters to 5 total. I realize that the characters are copyright of their original owners and I don't want to infringe on those rights.

I make these plushies, figurines, etc, out of appreciation for the original artist and wish them no ill will. I also make them to prove that I can.
