Our Memory Bears are approximately 25cm/10" when sitting.



All bears are made from the same pattern but size and look may vary slightly depending on material used.

All bears are coulter jointed.

we advise the amount of material needed as per below:



5-6 items of small baby cloths ( 3-6 months, baby grows, etc.) If your baby clothes are really tiny, please send a couple items as spares.



​5-6 items of medium baby clothes( 6-12 months baby grows, cotton t-shirts, etc.)



​4-5 items of large baby clothes(18-24 months, jersey, cotton clothing, etc.)



​4-5 items of children's clothing ( jumper, sweatshirt, t-shirt, jeans, etc.)



​2-3 items of adult clothing(jumper, t-shirt, cotton shirt, jeans, etc.)



1 item of Dressing gown size S will produce 1 Bear , M-L will produce 2 bears



Don't forget to include badges, ties or extra bits you would like included on the bear.

Once your order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the delivery address and confirm you are aware you must include you order number and name and items are securely packaged and sent via tracking as we can not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items via transit) we will confirm via email once items have been received.



We are happy for you to drop off your items and collect you bear if you would prefer - all drop off and collections must be arranged via appointment. please choose this option at checkout.

At SandyRose bears we use a printing technique call dye sublimation that allows for full colour printing. Your artwork or treasured photo is printed onto a sheet of specialised release paper and transferred onto our specialist fabric using a heat press which applies heat and pressure. The heat converts the solid dye particles into a gas — known as sublimation — and bonds them to the polymer coatings on the fabric. This technique allow us to copy and transfer to exact image requested. or we can offer writing embroidered instead

All our Keepsake and Memory bears due to the external material we use all our bears are not toys and cannot be CE tested as they are keepsakes not toys, and are not intended to be played with, therefore come with the following: Warning: This product is not suitable for persons under the age of 14 years. Once we receive your clothes, it takes approximately 6-8 weeks ( Please be aware turn around times are from receipt of item or clothing not from date of order.)

All delivery times are based on 1no memory bear being ordered if you require multiple bears, please contact us first for a more accurate delivery time for your order.

As every Memory Bear is totally unique, these times are subject to change, we will advise on the website and via confirmation email at time of order) If there is a special date you need it for, please do make a note of this when you checkout or contact us at Sandyrosebears@hotmail.com and we will do our very best.

We cannot accept returns as this is a truly a bespoke item unless delivered faulty or damaged ( if this happens please contact us within 24hrs of delivery to discuss). Please note that there may be variations, due to the very different natures of the fabrics we receive, the final item may differ slightly from the examples shown.
