Please ensure that your paypal address is the same as the shipping address.
Shipping
My pieces are made to order, handcrafted and shipped by me. Depending on the item it usually takes 2 days to 2 weeks from the day you place your order for it to be shipped. At most cases you will receive your order within 3 to 8 working days (GREECE, EU). If you're located outside the EU it takes 7 to 15 working days depending on the country.
You can always contact me if you want something to arrive earlier and I'll do my best to make it happen.
Sometimes (and that is more common for US orders) a parcel can get stuck at customs for unknown reasons. If your order is late you can use the tracking number I provide you with to inquire about your item at customs and get it there.
In any case of delay you should contact me, I will do my best to help you and we can find a solution together.
