4 out of 5 starsIt took 20 days to receive this. Being there is no information anywhere in the shop regarding processing times I reached out for an update after 2 weeks.. I was surprised it hadn't shipped. The seller's response came across as snippy, explaining that she has another job and was working on it. I completely understand that handmade items take time, but clear expectations and kind communication go a long way! The finished product is cute but the extra long wait and customer service left fell short.
