Welcome to SE Jewellery shop. This is my venture into self employment.
After having worked for several years in a company specialised in wedding rings, I got made redundant and done other jobs for a while, then I decided to go back into making jewellery
I always try to please my customers so If happy with your item tell your friends, if unhappy tell me first, and I'll do whatever possible to rectify the problem.
Please send payments within 2 days from purchase, if any problem please contact me
I normally post items within 2 days from receipt of payment. Sometime this is not possible especially if the item purchased is not currently in stock.
In this case please allow extra manufacturing time. I will get in contact to let you know a dispatch time estimate.
I can also do a "Rush Service" but for a fee. Please get in contact with your requirements and I will do my best to accommodate it
Normally I post to UK using Special Delivery Next Day service insured up to £500
For international customers Royal Mail offer Airmail and/or Airsure services depending of your country.
Any TAX and Custom Duty are the customer responsibility so please check with your local authority first.
Please beware of people offering FREE standard delivery. Royal Mail does NOT cover lost jewellery when posted using standard services, not even when a recorded option is added. So for your peace of mind I would suggest you always choose SD
You can still opt for a FREE standard mail, at your own risk as it won't be insured in case of loss.
If you still would like this option please leave a note on PayPal requesting FREE Delivery and i will then refund you the P&P money
Refunds and Exchanges
You have 7days from the item delivery date to return the item purchased in it's original condition.
(For hygiene reasons earrings will not be refunded if the bag has been opened)
Refund will be paid after item inspection, minus P&P charges. Defective items will be replaced or refunded in full including P&P.
Please contact me before returning the item stating the reasons for return.
It is your responsibility to properly pack the item and make sure it is covered by insurance in case of loss/damage.
Item made to order "bespoke" are excluded from the 7days refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights

Jewellery care: Although made of metal, some of the items are more delicate then other and might not be suitable for everyday wear. Please avoid taking shower/bath and swimming while wearing the jewellery as this might affect the material used. Also avoid prolonged exposure to sun light as this might affect the colour of the stones.
When storing your jewellery keep it separate to avoid scratches to stones & metal. A good way,cheap, but not so pretty, is to keep your jewellery in a small zip bag, this will limit the exposure to air therefore reducing oxidation, and protect it from scratches.
Oxidised jewellery does and will fade with time and wear.
I'm more then happy to re-oxidise your jewellery for free, providing that you bear the P&P cost both ways
