My hope is that, in making it easy for you to find adorable, neutral baby gear, I can also provide an easy, approachable shopping experience.

Customer service is key, and I want to make the SHIMbaby experience as amazing as possible.
Payment must be made upon purchase through Paypal. No money orders or checks will be accepted. Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase.
I ship via USPS. All orders will be shipped first-class.
I do offer expedited shipping for an additional charge. If you need that, please convo me and we can discuss the options and find the best one for you.
I can add insurance for a small fee as well.
Costs associated with international customs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer service is key for me. If you are at all unhappy with your purchase or the quality is not up to your standards, please convo me and I will happily work with you to fix the problem - whether by refunds (less shipping costs) or replacements.
I do provide delivery confirmation, but not insurance (unless you would like to purchase). Damages and losses are not the responsibility of SHIMbaby. I will, however, do my best to track or find your package, or work with you to get you a replacement.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Let's be honest, most babies are messy. There is no guarantee that your little one will not damage your SHIMbaby gear. While I stand behind my product, SHIMbaby is not responsible for these damages.
Did you get the wrong item or is something not quite right? Please let us know. We strive to make sure everything that goes out is perfect, but accidents do happen. If you experience anything like this - please let us know! We will be happy to provide a return shipping label and ship the right item to you at no cost.
Most items are ready to ship and will ship with a few days.
**If you do have a rush need, please convo me and I will get your shipment taken care of sooner.
