5 out of 5 starsIt was cute but it will not hold an actual amount of liquid for a shot. That’s disappointing but it will be a conversation piece. Would have been really pleased if it could be used as an actual shot glas.

5 out of 5 starsMy order arrived after a month and a half, which I expected after reading through the shipping policy, traveling from Tel Aviv, Israel to Indiana, United States. Photos are accurate. My order was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Great quality, love the watercolor effect of the pink glazing. The outside and bottom are light beige and have a matte texture. A little weighted and very well made. Highly recommend the shop.

Welcome to SIND STUDIO - a modern creative design studio!
We make conceptual everyday objects of ceramics and porcelain with a playful sensibility and rich meaning!!
We are Dima and Nadya - a husband and a wife, an artist and a designer duo.
A few years ago we have finished our art and design studies in Jerusalem, Israel. And today we're working as founders and designers from our studio in Tel Aviv.
The main idea in our works, and that what gives us a lot of inspiration, is a combination of functional design and conceptual aesthetic art in everyday objects.
We absolutely enjoy designing and making products that are functional and yet, give space for thought.
We think it is necessary to alternate the mass-production world.

Returns and exchange details
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We'll do our best to resolve a problem and to make you happier.
>> Refund / Exchange:
A full refund or exchange can be given upon the safe return of the item in its original package.
Please note that the customer pays for the return shipping.
Return items must be properly packaged, so there is no breakage.
We accept returns only with First Class Priority Air Mail and Tracking Number.
Custom items are not returnable.
The shipping fees cannot be refunded.
>> Custom made orders:
Work begins on your order sometimes immediately after you place it. Please note that cancellations are NOT accepted at any time following the purchase and before shipment for custom made items. Please order carefully.
All custom orders must be paid in advance to manufacturing the custom item.
>> Lost shipment:
We hope for your understanding that we can not be responsible for items lost in customs in your country.
Additionally, in case your parcel is not claimed on the destination within the corresponding period (this period varies from one country to another), the shipment parcel will be abandoned, and it can't be claimed.

>> IMPORTANT:
Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays color slightly differently. So, what you see on your computer screen could conceivably vary a little bit from the items you receive.

PayPal is currently the only payment method accepted.

Please remember orders do not ship until payment has been received, and will be canceled if payment is not received within 48 hours.
Shipping
Please make sure that your Etsy address is correct during the checkout. Your package will be sent to this address and not the Paypal address.
>> Packaging:
All items are professionally wrapped and packaged. We try to use recycled packaging materials when possible.
>> Shipping method:
All packages are sent via international registered airmail from Israel and include a tracking number.
Please note: some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmails, such as Germany, UK, France, Italy, and Australian post. So we can track your package only while it's in Israel.
>> Shipping time:
Shipping generally takes anywhere between 1-4 weeks.
The transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so we can’t guarantee the exact arrival time.
If you're interested in the express shipping service (3-6 business days), please contact us.
The buyer is responsible for any customs taxes/charges in their country/state.
>> Process time & weekends:
'Ready to ship' orders from Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be shipped on Sunday.
'Made to order' items production may take about 1-3 weeks.

Please handle with care due to the delicate nature of ceramics and porcelain.
All our dinnerware is food safe and can be used for cold and hot food/beverages.
Items with gold details are made of genuine gold. They're not suitable for microwave use and should be hand-washed with mild dish soap and a non-abrasive cleaning tool.
