5 out of 5 starsUpdate to Original Review – ATTN: USA Customers For this mug, I later received a $37.50 bill from FedEx. I attempted to dispute the charge, only to be warned by FedEx that any adjustment “may be subject to a $90.00–$150.00 processing fee for correction.” My opinion of Face Mug and the shop has not changed — I still 100% recommend them. However, in this economy, unexpected carrier fees are frustrating. The original review: Beautiful design—I’ve purchased this cup for the second time. It’s easy to maintain, high quality, and features a truly original design. The delivery issue was promptly resolved by the shop owners. Definitely worth the splurge, and I’ll absolutely be returning for more. Recommend to anyone who’s looking for an interesting designs this shop has to offer.
