Why should you choose SJF Customs?
Because I'm a stickler for details. Whether you're ordering items for an important event, to promote your business, or as a fun way to merchandise your artwork, I'm going to make sure they look as good as possible. I won't ship your items unless I'm confident that you're going to be happy with them.
Your order is more than just another sale for me. I take pride in my work, and I'd like to be the first person you think of the next time you (or someone you know!) needs custom items. :)
You'll notice a lot of shops that offer custom items using your personal designs state that they "print what you send". So, if you send a low-res image, or if your image isn't cropped right for your items, you won't find out until you receive the finished product that doesn't look nearly as good as you were hoping it would. I know how disappointing and upsetting that can be, so I do everything I can to avoid that scenario.
So, what do I do differently? I treat your order under the assumption that you're as nitpicky as I am.
● OPEN COMMUNICATION: I'll let you know right off the bat if there's any reason your image won't work for your items, and tell you what needs to be fixed. I realize that not everyone is familiar with things like image resolution, or how to position and crop an image just right, so I'm here to help.
● MOCKUPS: I'll send you a mockup so you can see how the finished items will look. This gives you a chance to make any edits before I start on the actual items. If you decide to make any edits, I'll send you a new mockup once you send me your updated design. I won't start on your items until you've approved a final mockup. This ensures you'll know exactly what you're getting.
● TEST PRINTS: I do a test print of every design to make sure it prints clearly. Just because it looks good on screen doesn't mean it will look good when printed!
If your print doesn't look good for some reason, I'll let you know, and advise you as to what needs to be fixed. If necessary, I'll even send you a photo of the print so you can judge for yourself and decide if you feel it's acceptable or not.

Can I split my order between multiple designs?
If you have multiple designs you'd like to use, you will need to purchase multiple listings. Example: If you'd like to split 100 pieces between two designs, you would need to purchase 2 of the 50pc listing.
