Payment Policy

We accept credit cards through Etsy and PayPal.

TERMS:

1) Pay-Pal and Etsy Direct Payments are accepted.

2)All orders will be shipped after payment confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please let us know if you would like a cancellation. We ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday so please convo us to stop shipment. If we create a shipment and if it is our error we refund the entire item/s plus shipping.

If you cancel a shipment after we have shipped merchandise you will be refunded the cost of the item less shipping price, in case that cancelation will be for an error on shipping address info provided or that there was not authorized recipe and there was a notice left you will be refunded when we received the merchandise back.

There are no returns on exchanges on customs orders and canvas art once the item has been send.

Ships to U.S. Spain, U.K. and European union countries

All orders are shipped to your Etsy address (not your PayPal receipt), unless noted otherwise. Please make sure this address is up to date. If the item is a gift, it can be shipped directly to the recipient. Please indicate the address at the time of the order.

All orders will be sent via Correos España ordinary mail (No tracking information available)
In most cases it will be delivered to your home although each country has its own system and the Correos España post office can not guarantee how they will receive your order.

SHIPMENT DETAILS:

Orders are mailed by Correos España Ordinary Mail.

- 56 x 28.5 cm prints are mailed inside a cardboard tube with plastic caps.
- 84 X 42 cm prints are mailed inside a cardboard tube with plastic caps.
- 112 X 56 cm prints are mailed inside a cardboard tube with plastic caps.
- A4 to A1 poster are mailed inside a cardboard tube with plastic caps.
- Postcards six packs are mailed in an envelope.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING CHARGES:

We can upgrade and expedite shipping via Private shipping company, The additional charge is about 25.00 or 35.00 € and is recommended if you have a deadline. The shipping time is about 7 - 10 days from Spain.

DELIVERY TIME:

Our print are shipped for Correos España Ordinay Mail (No tracking number available):

Europe (1-2 weeks average)*
United States & Canada & Australia & New Zealand (2 weeks average)*
Rest of the world (2/3 weeks average)*

Sometimes it can take longer time. So this situation completaly out of our control.

The average transit time is approx. 1 weeks to 3 weeks in some cases. However, due to customs and other delays (as a deep freeze weather, or holiday dates as CHRISTMAS or recently Covid-19 Pandemic ) it may take the full 3 weeks.
