Communication was very frustrating! I needed to know when they could ship the ring to make sure I was home when it got delivered (ever since the pandemic, I noticed a few times where UPS leaves the package at the door without getting the required signature!!!). Nobody was answering the question until the last minute, and I was getting nervous. When one has to make an online purchase, the seller should be more understanding and answer the customer's questions ASAP and also explain any kind of delay BEFORE the customer asks several times. AS TO THE RING, there is no doubt that this is the best jewelry company there is (best quality stone and best ring design). I sincerely believe that they have better quality and craftsmanship than Tiffany.
