Hello Lovely Person, thank you for stopping by today - please make a cup of tea (or whatever takes your fancy), take a seat and browse....

I live and work in Manchester, England and I love to create! I enjoy using semi precious stones, Swarvovski crystal, vintage components and Murano/Venetian glass in my creations. If there's something you see that you need longer, shorter, or in a different colour, please contact me and I'll do my best to work with you.

Payment

* I can take payment through the Etsy Direct Checkout Service, Paypal or via my own credit card processing facility (please contact me if you want to use the latter option).

Shipping

THE PRICE OF POSTAGE
* Apologies for the rising costs of postage and packing - this is down to the post office, as I do not make a profit from postage! Unfortunately postage costs have risen considerably recently (as they have all over the world apparently) and my charges are less than the cost of mailing these days. Sad but true.

WHAT POSTAL SERVICES DO I USE?
* In the UK I use First Class Recorded Delivery, overseas I use the best value airmail postal service available (not insured or tracked) - if you would like your item to be tracked and insured, please do let me know and I will arrange this for you and look into any further costs applicable to your purchase.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
* For overseas customers, please note that your item may go through your local customs office; any customs charges on your purchase are your responsibility.

DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
* I will try my best to get something to you for your specific date, but this cannot be guaranteed.

* Please allow enough time for your item to be delivered to your corner of the world - it takes time for things to whizz through the post, and then they sometimes get caught up in customs - please take that into consideration when you purchase.

* I am sorry, but I cannot be held responsible for an item not arriving in time for a specific event - if you are at all concerned, please contact me BEFORE ordering. I always keep customers informed when items are mailed, and I always provide tracking information.

ARRANGING A COURIER
* If you would like me to mail your item via courier, this of course can be arranged - please brace yourself for the cost though! I will try hard to get the best deal I can, so if you need something in a hurry, this is an option I can arrange with you.

Refunds and Exchanges

* I hope you will be delighted with your purchase which will be made with love and care. In over 12 years of trading through my own website I have had very few problems and I try very hard to keep my customers happy - if you're happy, then I hope you'll come back or even tell your friends, so I work hard to keep it that way between us.

PIERCED EARRINGS
* Pierced earrings are not refundable/returnable for hygiene reasons - if your earrings however are faulty in some way then of course I can work with you.

IF RETURNING AN ITEM POSTAGE COST DETAILS
* If you return an item, you are responsible for paying your own postage and your refund will be less the postage fees I have already paid out for you (at my discretion).

RETURN DETAILS
* If you do return something, you need to return that item in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition it was in when you received it - and any free gifts, packaging (bubble wrap, tissue) must be returned with the item. I advise you use a tracking and/or a signed for service when returning items in case the item goes astray in the mail. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE A REFUND WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM?
I will refund when the item has been delivered back to me.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
* You may cancel your order any time before it is mailed if you wish to (though obviously, I hope you won't want to!)

VINTAGE ITEMS
Vintage items will show some signs of wear and tear by previous owners. I try very hard to describe items accurately - if you have any questions about an item, please contact me.

CUSTOM ORDERS -

* Please, please observe the time needed to create you special something when you purchase it - sometimes I have to specially order components to make something and it makes it very difficult when I get short notice. If you are in a tearing hurry, please let me know and I will do my best to work with you - if you are in warp speed hurry for a custom order, then a 20% premium will apply, at my discretion.

* Please note - cancellation terms above do not apply to items made especially for you - once it's made, it's sold - no refunds or returns on special orders once they have been created.

PRESENTATION
* All my packages go out carefully and attractively wrapped (because I like to imagine you opening it at the other end!).

GIFT WRAPPING
* Want something gift wrapped? Just ask! Want something in a different colour, then we might be able to work round it. I'll try my hardest to make something beautiful for you.

WE SPEAK FRENCH
* Oui! Nous parlons Francais. (Yes, we speak French - well, actually my husband does but it you want to parlez with us, please feel free!)

RESERVE AN ITEM
* I can reserve items prior to purchase for you for up to a week - let me know if you'd like me to do this.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO ARRIVE?
* I will try my best to get your purchase to you for your specific date, but this cannot be guaranteed.
First Class/Recorded mail in the UK usually takes up to 3 working days.

- Deliveries to the USA are approx. 7 - 10 working days, though this may be longer or shorter, depending on the time of year - for instance, Christmas. Your item may or may not then be with your customs offices for a while. This is out of my control, sorry.

To the rest of the World - please ask if you need information prior to purchase - I will do my best to find out for you.
