I had very prompt and detailed communication with the woodworker all along. She provided CAD/CAM renderings before actually creating the jewelry box. The box was extremely well packaged and arrived promptly. I am giving the box as a holiday gift, so I have only opened it as far as the final layer of bubble wrap. I have every expectation that it will be beautiful and just as I hoped.
