I am very pleased with my jewelry box. I worked closely with Shelley, and she customized the type of wood I wanted. She helped design the layouts of the drawers to be exactly what I wanted. She was quick to respond to my emails, within a few hours each time. She packed the box very carefully, and it arrived without harm. She was very efficient in the completion of the box. Now I have to buy more jewelry in order to fill up this big box. I would definitely recommend working with Shelley for your project; she was very helpful.

Shelley did an outstanding job making me a custom jewelry box. She patiently worked with me to make it to the unique specifications that I wanted to fit the type of jewelry I have. This included making the bottom drawers taller than the top drawers and putting in custom designed inserts. She was remarkably quick in finishing the box and it was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. The wood is gorgeous and it far exceeded my expectations!

5 stars does not do this company justice, if I could give more I would. Communication was great, the help provided was awesome, and the work was phenomenal. Such an important thing is getting the urn you want and it being done right, they did that and then some. She knew exactly what we were looking for and worked endlessly to make it the way we wanted it. I can’t thank you enough for job you did. I will definitely buy from here again!

This three-drawer jewelry box is BEAUTIFUL! Everything I'd imagined, but better. Such lovely craftsmanship! Also, fantastic packaging--UPS gouged a big hole in the side of the external box, but it didn't reach through to the jewelry box. Phew! I'm thrilled with my purchase--highly recommend!

Shelley with SLH Wood Designs is absolutely amazing! I ordered a jewelry box from her to give to my wife for our anniversary. The box arrived very soon after purchase, but unfortunately was slightly damaged by the post office. Shelley expertly packed the box and she was at no fault for two of the legs needing repair, but she paid for return shipping and quickly repaired the jewelry box to pristine condition. I could be more pleased with her customer service and her outstanding work. Her attention to detail and her creativity are immediately noticed in her work.
