Photography, painting, prints and more

I was born and raised in Louisiana. I lived in Texas for 14 years, and now live in Georgia. I've always loved art, painting, and taking photos. My formal education is in advertising design and fine art. I've taken photos since I was very young, took photography courses in college, and photography plays a huge part in what I do as a graphic designer.

My fleur de lis paintings come from my love of New Orleans, where it is the symbol of the city. I wanted to combine my love for design and painting with this symbol. I have created dozens of these small acrylic and watercolor paintings. I love the bright and vivid colors, patterns and working with shading and depth.

The montage photo prints originally started as an idea for a going away gift for a friend. My husband and coworkers wanted a unique gift for him to remember the job he had for the past 16 years and the city he was leaving. I shot photos of icons and landmarks within the city and location where he worked and arranged a photomontage layout. Everyone loved it. It was an easy undertaking to go out and take more photos of Marietta, GA, where I live now. Naturally being a frequent visitor to New Orleans, I created a photomontage of photos I have taken on trips in the past few years.

My goal is to create more montage prints, from other cities I have traveled to, or even new locations. I will even offer to work on a commission to create a custom photomontage of your business, incorporating the location, logos, products, people, or any other related images. Please contact me for more details.

The montage combines my love of travel, photography and graphic design. I love working in Adobe Photoshop. I use my expertise cropping and cutting out images and arranging them in a pleasing layout. I love working as a graphic designer, whether it's for photo prints, corporate presentations, a web site or printed piece. I hope buyers who love these cities will enjoy the photomontage prints as much as I have enjoyed creating them.

Feedback: Feedback is greatly appriciated. If you are unhappy for any reason, please allow me to make you happy. I am fair and easy to deal with. Due to the nature of the medium I use for my paintings, there may be tiny flaws in the wood, but for the most part, I choose the best pieces for my work. Imperfections add character to my pieces, and I try to provide a close up shot on my work.
