I am so incredibly disappointed. I was eagerly awaiting the picture only to find out it is not what I ordered. I was expecting a 16x20 but received a much smaller picture with a big cardboard frame. To top it all off the picture itself is glued to this really thick foam cardboard that won’t even close when in a picture frame. I wish I would have read the other negative comments before buying. Clearly asking for a refund won’t work so will just have to toss it and keep looking for a real 16x20. -
