What is the size of your macaron?

Our traditional macarons (Macaron Centrale™), are 1.55-1.85” in diameter and 0.9” tall. Our vegan macarons (Vegan Macaron), are 1.95-2.05” in diameter and 1-1.15” tall

Do you use soy, peanut ingredients in your macarons?

No. We do not use soy in our product.

Some of our macarons will contain peanut. Please make sure to read the item detail for each listing.

Is your macaron gluten free?

Our macarons do not contain ingredients with gluten. However, our facility is not gluten free certified and carries common ingredients like wheat flour, etc.

Do you include ice pack in your order?

We ensure the safe delivery of your macarons by including a cold pack as needed during hot weather. This helps protect the quality and freshness of your order,

Please refrigerate your macarons upon arrival. Please note, we are doing everything we can to make and deliver your order by the requested date. If there is any heat related problem with your package, we ask that you let us know within 2 hours of delivery and provide us with top view image of all macarons in its original We cannot be responsible for spoilage due to packages sitting in the hot Sun outside.

What’s your refund/ cancellation policy?

We do not accept any exchange or return. 25% cancellation fee may be applied to any cancellation request. Please contact us at your earliest convenience if your event has been rescheduled or canceled. It's crucial someone is present to receive the package within 2 hours to avoid melting. Macarons must be refrigerated or frozen on arrival. Please ensure delivery to an address where they can be stored properly.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE:

If you receive our products in unacceptable condition, please message us within 2 hours of delivery with top-view photos of the macarons in their original tray. At our discretion, we will arrange a refund or replacement based on the photos.

What do I need to know if I am purchasing multiple items?

We will consolidate your orders into the smallest number of packages and upgrade the shipping method automatically. If you need them to be in an individual package as shown in the listing, please message us of your request. For our standard shipping, we will use USPS. We can upgrade your order to UPS shipping upon request (additional shipping fee may apply). Please contact us once the order is submitted.

The processing lead time is usually between 2-6 busindays except character macarons (1-2 weeks). We try to ship as soon as we can. For surprise macaron set, the lead time will be shorter. The transit time is between 1-3 days to the West Coast and 2-7 days anywhere else in the continental U.S.

Can I submit the order for future events?

Yes you can, simply add your instruction in the “note to seller” field that you want them to be delivered on a certain date before you submit the order. This way we can insure that your order will be made and delivered by the requested date. Please note, if you request to receive the macarons between Monday-Wednesday, the package will arrive on Friday or Saturday the week prior to the requested date. For Thursday-Sunday, we will ship them on Monday or Tuesday of the requested week.

If you are submitting the order for two or more events, they will have to be placed separately.

For custom orders, There is a minimum of 48 macarons per color or flavor. The cost is $3 per macaron before shipping. Please message us for more information.

What's the best way to store and consume your macarons?

We develop our macarons to stay at room temperature up to 7 days during transit. We recommend that you store them in a refrigerator up to 7 days or a freezer for up to 30 days.

Before you eat, please allow macarons to reach room temperature throughout (at least 2 hours is an optimal wait time). You can leave them on the counter, if you are planning to finish them within 1 or 2 days.

To avoid the package siting in the heat, please make sure to transfer your macarons into a refrigerator or a freezer upon arrival. You will receive a delivery notification via email and/ or on your phone through Etsy.

What happens if my packages are returned?

All returned packages will be disposed of. We do not repurpose them for resale. We take pride in our made-to-order macarons and maintain a commitment to quality. If your package is returned due to reasons such as an insufficient address or a non-existent recipient number, regrettably, we won't be able to provide a refund or replacement.
