What is the correct way to measure a pillow cover?
To measure, remove the pillow cover from insert / filler, turn the cover inside out, lay the cover on a flat surface and measure from the inside seam to seam. If the measurement is taken from the front of the pillow cover side to side, the sizing will be smaller than the actual pillow cover size.
How do I know what size to buy?
Our covers are "made to fit the intended size" so we recommend buying covers the same size as your inserts.
If your inserts are for example 18x18 inches, then purchasing covers at size 18x18 inches will ensure you have a good fit.
Can I use these pillow covers outdoors?
Most of our designs are suited for indoor use only however our Traditional Turkish range can be used outdoors.
What are your return policies?
Due to strict import regulations we can no longer accept returns - If you are looking for a color match please make use of our fabric samples to avoid disappointment.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We take immense pride in handcrafting every item. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. To qualify for a replacement or refund, the item must be returned to us for quality control inspection.
