Our story starts with my father Antonio in 1950 pursuing his passion as a goldsmith in the Azores at the age of 14. Learning and perfecting his craft through the years was always a pleasure to him and even today at the young age of 82 he says "love what you do and you'll never work a day in your life."
After 20 years of experience in custom hand made jewelry Antonio took his talents to Boston Ma in 1970. There he started his business of full service jewelry manufacturing and collection of fine gems and precious metals.
Continuing with his passion over the years he built a loyal clientele and collection of exquisite pieces and fine gems.
In 1988 I was fortunate enough to come into the business and learn everything from the master Jeweler on a close and personal level. Continuing to build alongside my father a very successful brick and mortar business over the years is something I'm very proud of.
Now Sousa Jewelers Inc. is excited to dedicate time to SOUSAJEWELERSvj101 and commence our footprint in eCommerce and help offer our collections abroad.
