What are your Returns Policies?
Very Important: Contact me before you return an item.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense.
If you notice an issue with the product or anything else on the order, please submit a detailed description with clear photos of the problem item and I will do my absolute best to remedy the situation.

If I change my mind can I return for refund or exchange?
Returns/exchanges - Please contact me before returning any products. I do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and I can not accommodate exchanges once an item is in production. All items are custom made to order and once in production it is impossible to change the order so please order carefully. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size, design or product after an item is in production.
What if I provided the wrong address?
If you think you provided the wrong address CONTACT ME there is still a chance I can update your address if I can catch it before it reaches my printing partner. (Some t-shirts) Stickers are all made by me so if I haven’t sent it out yet I can change all that no problem.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to either me or my printing partner and you will be liable for shipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to either me or my printing partner and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
