5 out of 5 starsI would highly recommend this shop. I loved this sticker but the glossy one was out of stock when I was ordering so I ordered a matte one. The shop owner reached out to me within a day and said they were just about to ship my sticker but the glossy one had just been restocked and asked if I wanted that one. I chose to change to glossy and they shipped it right away. Great sticker, quick shipping, an excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this shop!

SPACECATZdesign is a shop completely dedicated to my cat artwork, all featured on T-shirts and Stickers for the cat enthusiast!
I am a complete cat fanatic,so I desired to create a shop 100% dedicated to Cat related designs for cat enthusiasts! If I could, I would have millions of kitties living with me, but as it is I must be content with two and create the rest via T-shirts and stickers!

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

What are your Returns Policies?
Very Important: Contact me before you return an item.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense.
If you notice an issue with the product or anything else on the order, please submit a detailed description with clear photos of the problem item and I will do my absolute best to remedy the situation.

If I change my mind can I return for refund or exchange?
Returns/exchanges - Please contact me before returning any products. I do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and I can not accommodate exchanges once an item is in production. All items are custom made to order and once in production it is impossible to change the order so please order carefully. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size, design or product after an item is in production.
What if I provided the wrong address?
If you think you provided the wrong address CONTACT ME there is still a chance I can update your address if I can catch it before it reaches my printing partner. (Some t-shirts) Stickers are all made by me so if I haven’t sent it out yet I can change all that no problem.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to either me or my printing partner and you will be liable for shipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to either me or my printing partner and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
