About

Bringing more bunny into your life.

SS Bunny Imports was started out of an interest to spread more cute, fun, and silly bunny designs to the world! There have always been many novelty dog and cat signs and decals, but rabbits are constantly under-appreciated, and SS Bunny Imports hopes to change the situation.

While our original intention was to import bunny toys from the UK, the current incarnation of the shop on Etsy consists of completely handmade decals and signs with materials sourced from the US. None of our products are actually imported from outside the country. You can find more imported bunny goods on our standalone site http://ssbunny.com.

The store is currently based out of a residence in Cupertino, CA, USA, with six rescue rabbits, varying numbers of foster rabbits and kittens from the local rabbit rescue The Rabbit Haven and the local shelters, and one fluffy white kitty that likes to think he's a rabbit.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchange details
For standard items, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product(s). Please contact us before returning the item(s). Returns and exchanges can by initiated within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) must be received back within 30 days of receipt. Any product(s) you return must be in the same condition you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us.

Custom design fees are not refundable and custom-made items may not be returned.
Payment
SS Bunny Imports accepts payments via Direct Checkout and Paypal. All buyers in California are subject to a 7.25% sales tax. Santa Clara County residents are subject to a 9-9.25% sales tax based on city.

Packages will not be sent until payment is received.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 10 business days of date of payment from San Jose, CA, USA. Generally, packages will be dropped off at the post office Monday to Friday. All packages will generally be sent by USPS first-class by default in a padded envelope, rigid mailer, or box, depending on order and shipping location. Delivery confirmation is included for all domestic orders and international orders with signs. However, please note that USPS only has full tracking internationally in select countries -- most often tracking will only last until an international port in the US.

Priority shipping upgrades are available upon checkout for customers in the US.

International customers: Please allow at least one to three weeks for delivery, or longer during holiday periods. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or other duties incurred.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through Etsy, please contact us prior to shipment. If the wrong shipping address is supplied by the buyer, and the buyer does not notify us before the shipment is dispatched, then the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item again after it returns back to us.

If you receive any damaged items, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Photographs may be requested, and the item(s) and packaging must be saved for inspection by the delivery company.
Additional policies and FAQs
For standard items, orders may be cancelled and refunded provided the buyer messages SS Bunny Imports before the item has been packaged and shipped. Custom products and orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once any work has started.

Wholesale discounts are provided on orders over US$300. Please contact us at sales [!at] ssbunny.com for more details before placing your order.

For customized signs, decals, or stickers (size, text, etc.), please contact us through Etsy conversations for more details. SS Bunny Imports can personalize items, modify existing listings, or fulfill any general vinyl sticker, decal, or sign request in a custom order. Personalized items will require upfront payment before any work is started.

Please allow for slight color variations due to differences in computer display capabilities.

Do you accept custom and personalized orders?

Yes, we can customize any item in our shop or create a new design for personal use. Commercial requests are currently not accepted.

For color customizations, simply add a note with the vinyl color of your choice during your purchase. For other custom requests, please send us a conversation before ordering. SS Bunny Imports can personalize items, modify existing listings, or fulfill any general vinyl sticker, decal, or sign request in a custom order.

I do not live in the US. Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we ship worldwide using USPS first class package mail.

While shipping with tracking can be expensive for a few decals, SS Bunny Imports is happy to accommodate international customers by using untracked letter mail instead for orders only containing decals, offered at US$5 per order. Please pay for your order normally and leave a seller's note that you would like to use "untracked letter mail" instead. Your shipping will be appropriately refunded.

Do you donate products to non-profit organizations?

Yes, if you are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit rabbit or animal rescue and would like some of our items for a fundraiser, please do not hesitate to contact us either through an Etsy conversation or contact@ssbunny.com.

Do you sell your designs digitally for personal or commercial use?

No, we do not currently offer any digital versions of our designs for personal or commercial use. However, we are open to design private commissions for personal or commercial use - contact us for more details.

Please respect our copyrights and refrain from copying, tracing, and re-using our images and designs without our express permission.
