The olive Tree plays a significant role in the life of Christians in Holy Land. Christians have been using this tree to make olives, olive oil, and olive wood crafts. The tradition of carving the olive wood has been inherited since the time of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Carvers have been teaching their children to carve for many generations. Many of these carvers make their living solely from selling these beautiful religious items to the tourist that come and visit the holy land.
Christians compromise only 2% of the population in the Holy Land. Unfortunately, many continue to leave the country due to political and uncertain conditions. Our mission is to keep the existence of Christianity in own hometown, the Holy Land. We do this by helping these carvers provide for their families through selling their handcrafted religious articles here in the United States.
