Each digital print includes high-resolution JPGs (300 DPI), organized by aspect ratio:

✦ 11×14 (standalone) → 11"×14"

As soon as your payment is confirmed, Etsy gives you instant access to your files.

On the order confirmation page, click “Download Files.”
You can also re-download anytime by going to:

If you purchased as a guest, your files will be sent directly to the email Etsy has on file.
Tip: Check your spam, junk, or Promotions folder if you don’t see it right away.

Don’t worry, your files never expire.

As long as your order was not canceled, you can always re-download your files from the Purchases & Reviews page.
If you are still having trouble, send us a message and we will make sure you receive your artwork.

No special programs are required.

✦ For single posters, your files are delivered in a ZIP folder. Just download the file and double-click to unzip it. Inside, you’ll find all of your high-resolution JPGs.
✦ For bundles, your download will include a PDF with a link to Google Drive. From there, you can easily download all of your files in full quality. You do not need a Google account to access the link.

If you have any trouble opening or downloading your files, please send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

✦ At home: Use high-quality matte or semi-gloss paper for a professional look.
✦ Local print shops: Many office supply stores, photo labs, or specialty print shops can print your files affordably and quickly.
✦ Online printing services: Upload your files to an online print service for convenient delivery straight to your door.

For the best finish, we recommend heavyweight matte or fine art paper.

✦ Alternatively, if you would rather skip the printing process, we also offer physical prints that can be shipped directly to you.
