Our policy is simple. We wish to follow a kind karmic path, and we will encourage our guests to do the same. We reserve the right to refuse service to those who choose to stray from this path, who are not here to enjoy our products and try to take advantage of our kindness. We will refuse service to individuals who are not practicing kindness.
If you need something urgently, please let me know before you purchase the item. We can add on express mail or priority to arrange faster delivery. We ship as soon as possible to maintain visitor confidence. ADDRESSES: If you have moved, please change the address on paypal and on etsy, and please email me. No etsy store should be responsible for paying shipment fees more than once due to buyer negligence. Please be responsible. We ship within 1 business day of your order. CUSTOMS DELAYS ARE OUT OF OUR HANDS: Please check with usps.com for more info. Again, we will NOT be paying shipping 2x when addresses are provided incorrectly. This is the responsibility of the buyer to provide us with correct addresses to begin with.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns not accepted. We also do not offer a lifetime let alone a limited warranty. Every product is inspected, and as store owners, we have been personally using our own robot ornaments, wallets, snowglobes, moneyclips and the categories we offer for at least 3 years now with no problems. With proper care, everything will last as well as you treat them.
Please make sure to read each listing thoroughly to make sure it's a good fit, and you understand that apart from our vintage toys, each of our products is made by hand--not by machine. If the usps damages your item (and leaves a corresponding stamp), we got your back and will try to resolve matters quickly (it's happened to all of us)...That said, if you lose or break an item due to negligence or say something like the curiosity of your pet, or if you unscrew cufflinks when we specifically underline that you mustn't, for safety reasons and for prevention of lost parts, we cannot replace these items. Imagine trying to return something to a store that you have damaged or lost due to an aggressive night of partying. Even corporate stores would find this exchange questionable and disagreeable. We work hard to inspect each of our handmade and one-of-a-kind items before sharing them with you. Please respect our artwork and treat others as you would like them to treat yourself.
