Welcome to Sweet and Edible shop! I love creating edible cupcake and cookie toppers!
CUSTOM orders are always welcome and encouraged as I'm always up for a fun new challenge.
My toppers are 100% edible made out with fondant.
Due to the nature of handmade items, there will be differences in each piece. (the charm about handmade products :) )
All designs are my original creation so please don't copy my designs as I spend lots of time and love creating them.

Because of the nature of my products, returns/refunds are not given. I will however work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Payment
Payment is done through Etsy Direct Checkout and PayPal. Full payment is expected at the time of purchase. No order goes into production without full advance payment by customer.
If full payment is not received/cleared, you will not get your order. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping
Shipping is done via USPS. Small packages ship via First Class Mail. Larger/heavier ones ship via Priority Mail (2-3 days). Priority Mail included tracking number and insurance.
If you have a FedEx, UPS or such type of account you'd rather use to receive these. Pls contact me for further instructions.
I'm extremely careful when I pack my toppers. I design and make my own (food grade) boxes to ensure they safely travel. Packages are stamped as fragile. I can not be responsible for mishandled packages. A $50 value insurance is included in all my packages sent via USPS Priority Mail.
In the event that your item arrives with some damage, please contact me and I will work with you. In many cases, a small dab of water will glue back together any broken pieces. In the case of major damage, I can often get some replacements sent out right away. If there isn't enough time to send replacements then I will refund you for any unusable toppers.
For large orders please contact me with your zip code for an accurate shipping quote before ordering.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Most sellers on Etsy can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy doesn’t expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes.

Due to Etsy's policies we are no longer allowed to sell anything with copyright. PLEASE don't ask me to break the law. I can however create toppers that will coordinate with your character themed party.
Please note that as I'm a homeschooler mom of 2 young kids. I'm able to receive only a certain amount of orders per month. While ordering please plan ahead, it's never too early to book your order as my calendar fills up rather quick.
I do not offer wholesale, consignment, etc. However I do have an excellent relationship with some bakery owners who know I'll always make time for their special orders.

None of my tools/utensils are in contact with any other ingredient but fondant, vegetable shortening, food coloring, water and cornstarch.
Please be aware that we are NOT a peanut free facility. We store many types of nuts, milk products, soybeans, etc. as we run a cooking school.
Please do not consume my products if you have allergies to any of the above products.
