Accepted payment methods
Payment should be made via Paypal at the time of purchase. If for any reason you need to delay payment, please contact me and let me know. If payment has not been made within 3 days and there has been no contact, then I will cancel the sale and re list the item for sale.
PAYPAL payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase or the transaction will be cancelled.
Items will be shipped only when payments are received and cleared(within 3 to 4 days of payment clearance).
NOTE: CA tax 8.25 % (GST+PST) will be applicable to all purchases made by residents of California.
All domestic orders should reach within 3-5 days.
International shipping- please allow 10-12 days time.
Your purchase will be sent by this method, without insurance, unless it is requested by you.
If you would prefer another means of shipping, please contact me by convo and I would be happy to see what can be arranged.
If you would like to get your parcels expedited, please convo me for shipping charges before purchasing an item.
I recommend getting extra insurance on purchase of unique items wherever necessary. Please convo me for rates before purchase.
Mailing Direct: If you would like the item mailed directly to a gift recipient, please convo me with the detailed information. I will include a card and/or message to the receiver to let them know who the item is from and any special message you would like to include.

Customers are responsible for all customs and import taxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are available only if the item is flawed or sent incorrectly.Return shipping is your responsibility.
I am very happy to reserve items for my customers if they tell me a date that they are willing to purchase the item by.
I am not responsible for any damages during shipping.However do let me know and I'll do my best to compensate for your damaged goods to the best of my ability and will pack your item to ensure it does not get damaged.
RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your product please send me an email and make a return within 7 days of purchase.I'll do my best to let you choose another item from my store and refund the money minus the shipping cost. Customer Satisfaction is very important to me.
