Please do not make purchases from Offsite Ads through Etsy. This charges us a high fee percentage of the order. Simply go to the store and select the item you were originally going to purchase from the ad.

Items can not be added to pre existing orders. "I forgot this" or "I need to add this" requests are not allowed so please ensure your order is correct and accurate BEFORE placing an order. Any questions about products need to be asked before ordering.
If you need to add an item you forgot to your order, you must place a separate order, no exceptions. These requests severely disrupt the order fulfillment process and Etsy does not account for refunds sent to customers for shipping or cancelations.
It is the customer's responsibility to read all item descriptions, including sizes, prices and compatibilities BEFORE ordering.
Order cancelations or issues with your order due to misinformation are not allowed.
Items not eligible for returns or replacements include:
-lithium ion batteries
-made to order items such as neopixel blades and 3D printed parts

If you choose the lower Etsy Global Shipping transit time can be from 40-60 days. Etsy uses their own third party shipping partner for Global Shipping through Asendia. Once the package leaves the United States we are unable to monitor it's status through Etsy. You choose this option at your own risk. If lost we will be able to get you a full refund if the package has not arrived still on day 60 but not before that time.
Please include your phone number in your order it allows the carrier in your country to contact you for any duty or taxes due.
All duty and taxes are buyers responsibility. Rejected a package due to duty ir taxes you do not want to pay will only be refunded once item is returned to us in condition it was sent. Shipping will not be refunded in those cases.
