Welcome to SadieKatie Creations. I want to make this a great experience for my customers, so I want to make sure that you have the information you need up front, to preclude misunderstandings and disappointments. My promise to you is to provide accurate information about the items I am selling, to be available to you for further information before you make your purchase, to work with you to receive your purchase in a timely manner, and to be open to feedback about my shop, my processes and my products. Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept Paypal as a payment method. If this is not available to you, I will, under certain circumstances, accept money orders. I will promptly ship your order (within 2 business days) of receiving your payment .Prompt payment is appreciated. There is no sales tax in the State of New Hampshire. We're the 'Live Free or Die' state!

I understand that sometimes people change their minds about purchases. If you wish to cancel a purchase, please notify me immediately, so that I can re-list the item. iIf I have not received payment for a purchase within 10 days of the order, I will assume that the order has been cancelled, and will re-list the item. I cannot hold items for more than 10 days.
Shipping
Generally, I will use the U.S. postal service for shipping items. The shipping costs that I list for each item is an estimate of the true cost. If the actual shipping cost is less than that listed for the item, I will credit this difference to you. For some items I may choose, at my discretion, to use another method of shipping and/or include insurance in the shipping cost.

I will notify customers when an item has been shipped, and ask that customers notify me, via e-mail, when they have received their purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept returns only if the item is returned to me in the same condition as when I sent it. I would ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you wish to return an item. Because I am a small business, and each item I make is one of a kind, I cannot accept return of items after one week (7 days) from the receipt of the purchased item. The cost of returning the item (shipping and insurance, if appropriate) is the responsibility of the purchaser. If I have shipped the item with insurance, insurance must also be purchased for the return.

I take date/time photos of items prior to shipment. If you receive your purchase in a damaged condition, please notify me immediately, so that we can work together to find out when/where the damage occurred. If you do not receive your purchase within a reasonable period of time from the date I notify you of shipment, please notify me as soon as possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to accept custom orders in accordance with Etsy's policies. I will work with you to get a good understanding of your request. For larger or more complex items, I will require a signed order sheet from the purchaser, outlining the item being ordered, special requests, estimated time of completion, etc. This is to ensure that both the purchaser and I are in agreement about the order. I may, at my discretion, require an up-front deposit for custom orders, to cover costs of material. This deposit is non-refundable.

If I am unable to complete a custom order, I agree to let the purchaser know, as soon as possible, and to coordinate refunds, if appropriate
