Thanks for visiting our shop. This shop was born out of our love for sewing and our love of all things children. We strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. If you have any questions regarding any of our items or policies, please feel free to convo us or submit an alchemy request.

Payment
We accept paypal payments. Should there be a return (please see our return policy) or cancellation of order before items have shipped, your money will be refunded to you via paypal.

Please feel free to convo us with any questions you may have regarding this policy.
Shipping
Your order will ship within three business days of order placement, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs can be viewed on each individual item. If you purchase multiple items, shipping will be consolidated and your shipment cost will be mailed to you with your order confirmation.

We cannot refund item costs for items damaged during shipment. All items will be mailed via USPS. If you would like to add insurance or delivery confirmation to your order, we would be happy to do so at an additional cost. Please specify at the time of your order if you would like these services for your order. We are also able to ship via express delivery for an additional charge. Please convo with questions.


If this purchase is a gift, we would be happy to ship directly to the recipient for you and include a gift note for no additional fee. Please include the information you would like on your note at the time of order.

Refunds and Exchanges
Because we take great care in providing our customers with quality products, we will only accept returns on a limited basis. If you are not happy with a product, please contact us and we will attempt to work with you on a return or exchange. We will not accept returns for items that you have changed your mind on. Please take careful consideration when ordering you order to make sure that it is something that you like. You're always welcome to email us with questions regarding individual items.

We will not refund money for items lost of damaged during shipment. Items are sometimes lost or damaged by USPS. To protect against that they offer delivery confirmation and insurance. You are welcome to add these items to your shipping charges. We will not do so unless requested.
