I've always had a weird fascination with found objects, and an extremely sharp eye on what I can create with them or turn them into. Things such as bones, feathers, moss, bullets, crystals, teeth, claws ... you name it. Since a young age I've been urban exploring, running through the woods, and keeping my eyes peeled to find these little treasures. Items that most would miss or pass by, I found beautiful. Things without brand names,things without price tags, these are what I love most.

Sage And Brass Adornments was born after my friend surprised me one day. He said "get in the car, make sure you wear something warm". As I sat down in the passenger seat, I was handed a huge bag of ammo...that's when I realized what was next. When we arrived I saw an array of guns before me. (safety first kids!). At the end of it all, it was time to pick up all the shells from the bullets. I noticed how many different ones were scattered around, and decided to take a few home to see what I could make with them, and so it all began.

In the back of my mind, it sort of clicked when I remembered how I wanted to turn my healing crystals into a necklace that I could always carry. I wanted them to always protect me. This spawned weeks of trial, error, frustration, and learning how to use power tools. After what seemed like a million efforts, I finally fit my crystals into the shells nicely and started wearing them around. I thought that was the end of that, until people started inquiring about them, and the orders from friends and family came flooding in, then eventually strangers. In my first month I made over 60 pieces! I never would have thought that people would be touched by my work, and I'm so thankful!

This is still the beginning. I spend countless hours every week trying new ideas, fitting new findings together, and creating beautiful unique pieces. I'm enjoying all of this so much, and can't wait to show you where this goes.
