An obsession in fashion allowing others a cheaper price for the same great product.

I started the name Sage K and Co. when I had my first child, Sage Kenneth. The "Co." part comes from the "and company" which I knew would be future children we would have. I started crafting in my spare and soon started obsessing over fashion. I kept seeing designs all over the place that I loved but couldn't afford. Before I knew it I was stocking up on supplies that would allow me to create similar pieces to those that I loved. Soon people were asking were I bought "my" pieces and wanting to buy them from me. I opened my little online shop and exploded in requests for custom jewelry. As the year has gone on, we have grown more than we could imagine in the pieces we offer to our customer base. I am so very thankful for all those out there who support small businesses like me.

IMPORTANT...PLEASE READ---- yeah, we know. Its really long. But trust us, it's important to look through.

PROCESSING - Any orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until Monday. -Orders may take a minimum of 3 days but no more than 4 fro processing, unless otherwise noted. -In most cases orders are delivered around the 1 week mark from ordering. -We strive to get orders out promptly, shipping times can vary depending on the postal system. -Please check tracking for details on package whereabouts. -Contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

QUICK SHIPPING - If you are in a rush for an order, please purchase our priority shipping listing upgrade. This will insure that once it the mail, it take a maximum of 3 days for delivery. Please remember that we still have processing time frames. Contact us if you need your order rushed through our system as well.

US MAIL SYSTEM - Once my product leaves my home and arrives at the postal service, I am no longer responsible to what may happen to the package. I bubble wrap, package and label accordingly. I HIGHLY recommend buying insurance, although rare, lost or damaged mail does happen. Insurance is provided for only $2. in my services section.

LOST MAIL - Is your mail is lost in the mailing system. I will open a case with the postal system. Typically it takes two weeks for a clear answer on the whereabouts of the package. If the package is indeed lost, a resolution will be determined between the buyer and myself.

MIS DELIVERED MAIL - If a package has been mis-delievered, meaning tracking shows delivery but you did not receive it. Again a case will be opened, but most of the work is to be done by the buyer. Talking to neighbors or family usually finds that package. This is a tricky one because there is no way for me to confirm that it really has been delivered wrong. We can only hope that customers will be completely honest about their packages. Sage K and Co cannot be responsible for refunding any portion of an order because of this. It is very unfortunate and we want our customers to be satisfied, thus we will do out best to help out.

RETURNED MAIL- If for some reason your order is returned to me, and you still wish to receive (will refund for product if not) we ask that you pay a base shipping rate. This covers the postal systems fee only. This is because the original shipping fee has already been used. Reason for mail to be returned to me are usually because of an old address or forwarding has stopped. Please make sure you have your current address in your Etsy profile.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- please be aware that international orders are subject to charges- fee's, duties and taxes by the buyers country. The responsibility to collect the package and pay those fees is solely on the buyer. I/the seller cannot pay any of those fees for you. I also cannot tell you what the amount of those fee's may be. Also the amount of time an order may go through customs is completely dependent on the customs department, in most cases it takes about a week to be checked and back on its way.

REVIEWS - Please leave reviews based on our customer service, product and the amount of time it took for us to ship out. It would be greatly appreciated if you could keep in mind that we have no control of the US mailing system and the delays that they could face.

We strive to be a shop that provides not only great products but great customer service. If you have any issues, whatsoever, please send us a message and let us help resolve the problem.

Refunds, exchanges or store credit may be given if the items are unworn or are defective upon arrival. The items will need to come back to our shop within 14 days of receiving. Items must be returned in the condition it was received. After the items have been received, we will process a refund and cancellation of the order/item through Etsy.

All return shipping costs are to be paid by buyer. Shipping for the original transaction will not be refunded or credited.

We are not responsible for wear or damages of the product of use over time.

SHOP OWNER - Please note this while this shop has other part time employees, most of the time its run by the owner, Mallory J. I try my hardest to keep customers happy, answer messages and process orders in a timely manner.

Please beware that some of my products may have small beads or buttons. Small children should never be left alone, to play or chew with with products and should be supervised while wearing any of my products since small parts pose a choking risk.
