Shipping cost is almost always estimated and may need to be adjusted via paypal, depending on the destination. We will send you a convo prior if shipping is refunded or if a request via paypal is necessary to cover additional shipping cost.
We are NOT responsible for packages that are damaged in the route of shipping. We take great care in packing, using appropriate material to ensure the safety of breakable or fragile items. Likewise, material and cloth items are carefully secure in padded envelopes and shipping tape.
If you have little faith in the USPS and have experienced receiving damaged packages in the past despite the appropriate efforts made to package the item, then we suggest you convo us to request adding/paying for insurance on your package and we will be happy to do this.
Refunds and Exchanges
The exception to items having a previous life, is Old/New stock items, which in the event will be noted as such.
Please know that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless we decide to consider this on a particular transaction/case by case basis.
Our Etsy items are photographed outside in natural light, we attempt to always post five full photos, including the bottoms, backs of things since you are unable to 'pick up an item' to see what are you buying. We do our absolute best to describe merchandise in detail to include flaws, etc.
Our goal is to ensure that you are not only satisfied with your purchase, but your entire experience shopping with us. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please convo with me immediately, so we can come to a solution that works for both of us and PRIOR to leaving unfavorable feedback.
