Most items, no. I use professional on demand printers for the majority of the items I offer, and they have specific rules that I must adhere to. This includes the inability to cancel / make changes to orders already in the system. Completing your purchase from me means you agree to this policy. The information is available in each listing description, as well as here in the FAQ and is confirmed in the email you receive upon making your purchase.

Please ensure all addresses and other information are correct before hitting the submit button.

If your item is returned to sender and it was sent to the address given on the order, you will need to pay to have it reshipped to you or the package will be considered abandoned.

𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎 𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐑 is glossy and smooth. They are printed on heavy photo paper and have a gloss sheen. They need to be framed.

𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐑 is lightly textured with a matte finish. The texture is the paper only - it's the same paper artists use to paint watercolor paintings on! They need to be framed.

𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐕𝐀𝐒 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐒 are ready to hang, stretched around bars and mounted. The canvas wraps around the sides of the bars and the image continues on the sides so there is no need to frame unless you want to.

All are saturated in gorgeous color - it just depends on your personal preferences!

It is SUPER RARE for a package to fall off the radar, but it can happen.

Please note - Once the package tracking states that it has been delivered, then our responsibility has ended. You will need to contact Etsy and open a case to take advantage of their Purchase Protection program to receive a refund. I will not resend an item that states it was delivered to the address on the order - you are welcome to reorder when Etsy issues your refund.

I do not accept returns. If an item is damaged or incorrect, I require clear photographic proof of what was received showing the incorrect print on the item or damage within 30 days of purchase and a new item will be sent or full refund issued. Please read below!

Please contact me within 10 days of receipt and take pictures of what you received as well as the packaging in the case of a damaged product. Please send those along in a message here or an email to sagittariusgallery@gmail.com with your order number.

Pictures are always required as proof, no exceptions.

A new package will be sent asap to replace the damaged / incorrect one. I never ask for an item that was damaged or incorrect to be returned. Discard of the item as you see fit after pictures have been taken and we've spoken.

If it is an original painting that was damaged, I can not send a new one - a refund will be remitted. But I will need all images of packaging to file an insurance claim.

As noted in my shop, I use several different printers for my products to offer the best item I can within each product line. This means many orders with multiple items from my shop will be shipped separately.

Unfortunately, Etsy does not allow for more than one tracking number on an order - so when one of my printers is the first to ship an item in an order with multiple items ordered from a single shop, that tracking number is assigned to the entire order. This is a known issue and Etsy has yet to fix it - even though the site has been around since 2005.

Rest assured, you will receive the rest of your order. Please look at processing times for each item to know how long it will be before each item in an order will ship. Thanks!

I am not currently taking on any custom painting requests. I surely will post on my instagram (@sagittariusgallery) should that change! Truth be told I have not taken on any custom requests since before my husband passed in March of 22, and I do not have any plans in the foreseeable future to accept commissions.

Please look at your order to see if the address you used on the order is the address you intended to have the item sent to. If it is, please look that the tracking number and see where there item states it was delivered (porch, mailbox, etc.) Please speak to neighbors as your item may have been delivered to their house.

If you live in an apartment building, you really need to knock on doors because it is with 99% frequency that missing packages at apartment buildings were just delivered to the wrong box.

Speak to your postal carrier as they would be the only person who can say for sure where a package was left.
