Welcome! Our current processing times are roughly 2-4 business days + shipping time. Processing times will be continually updated within each listing to provide the most accurate estimate.
Unfortunately, It will come as no shock that in 2022 everything has become more expensive which has resulted in my costs going up on several items. Shipping, materials, etc. are only going to continue to rise in the coming months. We have updated the pricing for a few of our items to help cover the cost increases that we are experiencing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for our continued customers.
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays. All shipping companies may experience delays due to COVID - refunds will not be given for orders that arrive late due to shipping. Orders are shipped standard via USPS. If you are interested in shipping UPS or FedEx additional fees may apply.
We are committed to keeping you and our nation as healthy as possible. We are practicing extreme handwashing (which already happens frequently using the materials we use) and adding additional cleaning methods at the beginning and end of each day. We will cease all operations if there are any possible illnesses or health problems in our shop and update you right away. As always, we recommend washing all tumblers, straws, and serving boards prior to use.

I have always found happiness and peace while crafting. Something amazing happens when you envision something and make it come to life. Adding our Epilog Laser machines has brought my crafting to a whole new level! Whether cutting or engraving - the creative possibilities are endless! I am blessed to be a mother of 4 - 2 boys & 2 girls (including a set of twins!) and I have been married to my best friend for 15 years. We are proud to call Goodyear, AZ home.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
There is nothing quite like a personalized order made especially for you. I love custom orders and I’m happy to work with you to create the perfect product!
Do you have other font options available? Can my text be different colors?
Yes! All fonts shown within listings are interchangeable. I'm also happy to work with you to create something new. Font options/proofs are available upon request and are sent AFTER you purchase your tumbler. We will work with you to find the perfect design.
The tumblers are laser engraved which means that the laser machine removes the outside coating of the tumbler to reveal that stainless steel underneath which means it is only available in silver. Unlike vinyl stickers, the engraving is 100% permanent but can only be silver.
Do you take returns?
We do not accept returns on ANY personalized items unless they are somehow damaged. Each item is made specifically for you. If a standard in-stock item does not work out we are happy to accept them as a return. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and return it within 7. You are responsible for shipping and will be refunded the cost of the order MINUS the original shipping costs. Typically, this only happens when our customers order something in the wrong size and need to switch it out.
When will my order ship?
Shipping estimates are continually updated in our shop announcements and within the listing. Estimated times will vary based on the season, holidays, etc. Order will always be shipped on or before the estimated time. We work as quickly as possible M-F but reserve weekends for family time.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
We understand mistakes happen and that’s okay! Please message us ASAP and we can make a note to change the address before shipping. If the order has already shipped we are unable to make any changes.
What is my order was returned?
If the order was returned due to an error in the shipping address we will contact you and additional shipping will be required to re-ship the order to the correct/updated address. Personalized orders can not be refunded if you choose not to re-ship the order.
What happens if my order arrives late?
We can not guarantee any package deliveries. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but once the package has been given to USPS or UPS it is out of our control. All shipping carriers are not guaranteeing any delivery times due to Covid. We expect additional delays in shipping time during the peak holiday season. Please be patient - We are all doing our best to make things happen as quickly as possible.
