Item was marked as shipped on December 12. It didn't actually ship until December 21. When I contacted the shop and asked if the item had shipped I never got a response. Wish customer service was better.

half employed - half home mama - with a hankering for late night crafts

I've been making jewelry as long as I can remember... And then I started working at a place where there are A LOT of people who wear badges everyday. That combined with my inner hustle was why I began making beaded badge lanyards and badge reels.

I am at my craftiest after 10pm and clearly operate best on Pepsi and chocolate :) also, by that time my kiddos are in bed and I am ready for me time!
It's really fun for me to create things that other people enjoy and love and I appreciate the directness of the relationship and accessibility of buyers and sellers that etsy provides.

I accept paypal and credit/debit payments.
Once payment is received, your item(s) will be shipped within 5-7 days via USPS First Class mail. If shipping is delayed for any reason I will contact you directly with an accurate and reasonable time frame. Also, if you would like to expedite shipping, please contact me.

If you are an international customer and your country is not listed in my shipping options, please contact me for a personal shipping quote. I cannot guarentee available shipping to countries other than the ones currently listed in the shipping profile on each listing but I will absolutely do my best to make it happen :]
Refunds and Exchanges
I make every effort to keep my customers happy by producing top quality products. If for some reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 10 days of arrival so I can make things right. Please don't leave feedback until your situation is handled. Any issue items must be shipped back to me in order to complete an exchange or refund.

After orders leave our hands at the post office we are not held responsible for damages to your package. But, PLEASE contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged so I can take care of you right away.
